TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT
Residential Cleaning Services

This Terms of Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Pristine
Purifiers L.L.C. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), and the Client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”)
for the provision of residential cleaning services at the Client’s property
1. SERVICES PROVIDED
We provide residential cleaning services as requested by the Client. The services may include:
• Standard Cleaning
• Deep Cleaning
• Move-In / Move-Out Cleaning
• Custom Cleaning Services (as agreed in writing)
All services will be performed at the property address provided by the Client.
2. SCHEDULING AND ACCESS
• Appointments must be scheduled in advance
• Client must ensure that Company representatives have access to the property at the scheduled time.
• If the Company cannot access the property, the appointment is subject to cancellation.
3. PAYMENT TERMS
• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Accepted forms of payment: [cash, credit/debit card, electronic payment, check].
• Late payments are subject to a late fee of $100 after 2 days
4. CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee of $50
5. GUARANTEE AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
• We guarantee satisfaction with our services. If the Client is not satisfied, we must be
notified within 24 hours of service completion to arrange a re-clean.
• The Company is not liable for pre-existing damages or conditions, or damages resulting
from improper installation of fixtures, appliances, or equipment.
• The Client must notify us of fragile items, valuables, or special instructions in advance.
6. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
• Client must provide a safe working environment.
• Client must secure pets during service appointments.
• Client must disclose any hazards or concerns related to the property.
7. SUPPLIES AND EQUIPMENT
• Company will provide all necessary cleaning supplies and equipment.
• If Client prefers specific products, Client must provide them and inform Company in
writing.
8. DAMAGES AND BREAKAGE
• While we take every precaution, accidents may happen.
• Any damages caused by Company must be reported to the Client immediately, and we
will work to resolve the issue in good faith.
9. TERMINATION
• Either party may terminate services at any time with written notice.
• Outstanding balances must be paid in full upon termination.
10. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
• We respect your privacy and will not disclose personal information to third parties except
as required by law.
11. GOVERNING LAW
• This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
• Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of
Fulton County, Georgia.
By scheduling services with Pristine Purifiers L.L.C., you acknowledge that you have read,
understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
